Is there a minimum order?
NO. You can order 1 item or 50 items, it's all up to you. But be aware that it is more cost effective to spread postage costs over larger quantities.

Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All prices listed include GST.

Is Postage & Handling included in the price?
NO it is NOT included in the price as it depends on the size and weight of your order and your location. It is calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Can my order be sent by courier?
NO. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post.

What types of payment methods are there?
We accept Visa or Mastercard through eWAY (our extremely secure Australian payment gateway) or Paypal. Cheques are accepted but they must be received and cleared prior to dispatch of good. Direct Deposit is available upon request. Please email us at sales@gifts4musicians.com.au

Can I pay COD?
NO. All orders must be paid for in full before they leave our premises.

How long does it take to receive my order?
If the goods are in stock, it will usually take between 5 - 10 working days, depending on where you are.
