- All prices and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax). All merchandise must be paid for in full before we can delivery. We sell at retail prices and do not sell wholesale. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. If you prefer to pay by Direct Deposit please contact us directly at sales@gifts4musicians.com.au.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver our merchandise Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the order and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within two working days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days dependng on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. gifts4musicians ships goods Australia wide ONLY and does NOT accept international orders. If you wish to query a delivery or wish to use a different delivery method e.g. courier, please contact us at sales@gifts4musicians.com.
- Refunds & Returns
- Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, however we will refund, exchange or credit where merchandise are faulty, wrongly described, different from sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to. This refund policy does not apply to merchandise which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. To return an item, please contact us by email at sales@gifts4musicians.com.au or by telephone on 0411728589 immediately upon receipt of shipment. Returns are to be made within five (5) days upon receipt of the item(s). All merchandise must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. After 5 days returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. gifts4musicians will refund the purchase price only. Please allow up to 21days for exchange/credit/refunds to be processed. Please ship by Registered Post and save your receipt.
