- * All prices and transactions are processed in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.
- Postage & Delivery
- * We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. Postage costs are influenced by the size and weight of the order and your location. Exact postage costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within two working days. Delivery times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you via email within 2 business days. gifts4musicians only delivers within Australia and does NOT accept international orders.
- Refunds & Returns
- * Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, we will refund, exchange or credit where merchandise are faulty or wrongly described. This refund policy does not apply to merchandise which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. * To return an item, please contact us by email at sales@gifts4musicians.com.au or by telephone on 0411728589 immediately. Returns are to be made within five (5) days upon receipt of the item(s). Returns not made within the specified time will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. *gifts4musicians will refund the purchase price only. Please allow 28days for exchange/credit/refunds to be processed. Please ship by Registered Post and save your receipt. We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
